Established in 1995, with GUANGDONG MEIDE HOLDING CO., Ltd. holding 60 percent shares and Japanese TOSHIBA CARRIER CORPORATION purchasing the rest 40 percent, GMCC is a large-scale Sino-Japanese joint venture specialinzing in producing room air-conditioner compressor.
With a complete set of technology software and equipment imported from TOSHIBA, GMCC has a compressor-production capacity of 4,000,000 units per year. Up to now, the X1C serial, X2C and X3C serial (including hundreds of specifications, refrigerant capacity ranging from 1,800W to 7,200w) have been put into operation, most of which have obtained the authentications of TUV, UL, CCEE and CSA.
